I played the demo, it stressed my rig out pretty bad ( like no other game to date)
but I liked it, in a creepy way.

I heard that it was a very short game, and that the ending was as good as a RE ending.

I would rather play a good short game than a stoopid long one.

Same here. I picked this game up at good ol wal mart today...I played it....The gameplay is awesome and has pretty good ai skills. However, My pc...Wont Run It For Crap. I have 3500+ 64 OC to 2.4 And a gig of mem. It runs every game but this and doom 3 without trouble that ive run on it so far. For me the graphics are HORRIBLE it resembles a late Duke 3d. This is due to my ti 4400 128 card. I need a new one soooooo bad.

does anyone know if a nvidia 6200 would run this well? Its not listed under supported cards so im a little weary. i can afford a 6200 256mb which supports pixle shaders 3.0 so i hope it would help. But does anyone know?

It's a Monolith Productions game and it uses the Lithtech engine.

Save your money, 6200 is a stinker (256mb or not)

Are you sure about that?

I do believe the engine is unique. J-Bo, is quite correct......

In the end, if you don't have a high end system (Lots of ram and Modern (withn a day) CPU, with top of the line (SLI/Crossfire (if lucky) GPU), then, you will be playing a vanilla game.

Well, I have loved thed demo, I'm upgrading my computer, as I type this, so I can play with mediocre specs.

I'm pretty sure the game uses an updated Lithtech engine called JupiterEX.

The Demo was great. Will buy the game probably next month. Each payday, I either buy myself a computer game or a board game.

Yesterday I bought and installed FEAR. Love the game. I'm looking forward to upgrading my PC to see if an extra gig of ram will help.

I'm looking forward to the new AMD socket, dual AMD 64's and Windows Vista so I can really upgrade.

I've been holding out till hopefully half-way next year when these "promises" actually happen.
