What I don't get is this, the owner actually rescued the thing from a shelter.

I can understand if it was bought as a puppy, but not a 10 or 12 YO dog.


These dogs were developed as a companion dog and the owner would actually sleep with the dog because they don't have fur to shed or fleas.

Imagine having that in your bed!

He was a Chinese Crested, not a Chihuahua. Purebred too - inbreeding at it's finest.
