can access router but not the Internet

I have an issue with accessing the Internet on a PC running XP. I can't access any web site, in normal mode or safe mode with Networking. I've disbale all firewalls, network connection is fine. Place other pc on the network drop and it works. Other computers on the network can access the Internet as well. Just this one computer can't access the web


I can access the Router, change setup's on the router, but can't access the Internet.

Any Suggestion ?
