pc won't turn on

    lately my PC doesn't want to turn on anymore unless I take out the powercord for about 5 seconds.

    the strange thing is that in the morning (when it hasn't been on during the night) it will turn on without having to unplug the powercord....but when I then turn it off and an hour later want to turn it on again, I have to unplug the powercord again :confused:

    any ideas what the prob could be?

    This is just a shot in the dark but it could be a bad power supply or something on the MB that is failing to discharge at power down. I think more likley the power supply though.
