corsair valueselect 1gb stick...dual channel?

    That is what i have in my Asus A8N-vm, I had one stick at first and bought that motherboard and a Amd 64 3200. I have had no problem running memory in dual channel. I ran memtest on each stick before I put them in thogh just to rule out a bad stick.

    No, you need two sticks of ram to run in dual channel mode.

    If your question was if you purchase another stick, yes, you most likely can run in dual channel, asuming it's the same exact brand/model/speed etc.
    Keep in mind, your best bet is to purchase a dual channel kit which is two matched & tested stickes of memory.
    It's not uncommom for a memory manufacture to use more than one type of chip to manufacture thier ram sticks.
