Inexpensive true UPS

    Who makes a true UPS that runs off the batteries that doesn't cost a small fortune? The APC models are in the high hundreds.

    I would think if you want to plug in all your components and have the voltage regulation feature, you're going to be in the mid hundreds. I've got the APC 1200VA with a Dell 8400 desktop, LCD, modem and peripherals all tied in. Not a minutes problem. Depends on how many items you want to protect.
