   Hi, I am currently trying with no success to connect my parents in law's Millenium Edition pc to Tiscali. I am using a USR wireless modem/router. Are there any compatability issues and if not can anyone give me some advice please.

   Which Wireless Router is it? ( only so I/others can read up on it )
   
   Also give us a rundown on what you have tried upto now? eg. Installed The USR software ok or not, added the Tiscali user/password to the routers settings, are the lights on the from of the modem lit if so what colours etc
