Question ? who do you think is best site for buying a website

hiya. i want to start an online store and wanted advice if any of you geekers had it, about which website hosting place is best, how to do it, what i should avoid, what i should pay for, etc. i am afraid, : but i want to try it out. so give me your advice and the kick in the patoot i need.

I've used www.webhost4life.com since 2002 with nearly no issues. My biggest issue was acutally getting moved from a box that supported .net 1.1 to a box that supported .net 2.0. There was a mis config on their end and they had it fixed in no time.

I use http://www.directnic.com but if I could go back, I would try http://www.godaddy.com they have good deals.
