Default virus or spyware blocking anti-virus programs and pages

Okay I'm having a serious malignant problem, something on my computer when it's running in normal mode (I'm typing this in safemode) I cannot run any anti-virus or anti-spyware program, nither can I access http://housecall.trendmicro.com/, mcafee site or nortan; hell it seems like everytime I try to enter a web page where "virus" is the headline it refuses to access that site. I scanned with numerous of anti-virus scanners durning my stay in safemode. I done zonelab, AVG, xoftspy, a-squared, NOD32 and protector plus. Everysingle one of these programs found something and healed it but the big nada. It still keeps irrevocably on my computer what ever does it. I been having this problem since I, by an accident; pressed a link on my msn. The files name was unknown@hotmail.com, I checked my Task manager for any strange looking files but nope.. Here is the Hijackthis file:
