Hi guys, looking for someone to look through these 2 minidump files and tell me what is causing the problem on this PC...
Created the dumps by following some guidelines on here by Adrynalyne -> http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246 But a little unsure what i'm looking for to diagnose the culprit! PC Symtoms: sitting happily within MS Word 2003, then pc just freezes or reboots. Spec: Xp Home, with SP2 and all updates, MS Works Suite with Word 2003, all updates. http://www.shockwhores.co.uk/debuglog.txt http://www.shockwhores.co.uk/debuglog1.txt Thanks! ![]() |

Can you post the minidump files? They need to be zipped first.
I'm looking for the "probably caused by" line. |

Thats probably not the problem. Its probably something causing win32k.sys to fault. What are you precisely doing when the crashes happen?
