*** registry cleaner

    guys, hope you can help me out decided to try *** reg. i cannot get it to install on my 98se laptop 475 celeron. i receive to errors after unzipping to c\windows.
    1. access vioalation @00420324 rad of address fffffffff
    2. exception eread error@000115ed error reading net gradient 1begin color range check error

    I agree, its an odd error, have you tried other registry programs to see if the problem repeats?

    not being biased at all by the author of the software its probably a good idea to try other software anyway, because that proggy is extremly cpu hogging from my experience.

    When do you get the error though? after unzipping itself or running an install program?

    thanks for your comments av was on have been using jv116 and reg healer thought i'd test ***'s claims but other progs are doing a good job. thanks again 4 the feedback
    ps: no firewall, computer otherwise has been performing very well, error message would appear after installation and clicking on the .exe
