I need to work across pc and mac platforms and have had trouble getting quicktime created on macs (g5s imacs emacs, OSX we got em all) to run on my pc. Is this a codec thing? Any hints? My students create the quicktime on mac from iMovie hd, usually and it doesn't seem to offer settings. I'd rather not have to run them all through a video cleaner. I have just discovered FAT 32 as a cross paltform format for my harddrive, so I seem to be getting closer.
Thanks |

AFAIK, its not a Quicktime thing. I create videos from iMovie HD and play them on my PC just fine. Thats not to say there isn't a problem with QT on your PC.
Have you tried VLC Player? http://www.majorgeeks.com/VLC_media_player_d4674.html |
