Open Windows move like Jelly

Help please, When I open a window in My Documents or anywhere else and try to move them they move like jelly or when I try to scroll it moves like waves.

I have just done a complete reinstall and put all the drivers in, tried adjusting settings in Display but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you've installed Gnome, or something similar.
Strange how it stayed there after a complete reinstall of Windows.
Have you checked add/remove programs and registry for any entries for Gnome (or similar 3D desktop acceleration program)?

Be warned though - don't delete anything from there that you're not sure you don't need, else you might be reinstalling again

Tried that and it showed nothing, Also done a search for Gnome and it didn't find anything.?

Some sys specs would help!!!!!

Sounds like a video driver prob and maybe need an update but really hard to ascertain if you dont give your sys specs, OS ver, etc,etc.

Lot of exceptional advice here but they need the appropiate info to help.
