Is there a way to disable a single key on a keyboard??

The reason im asking is because one of the keys on my laptop is malfunctioning (left arrow, to be exact). Even if i dont press it at all, it still sticks; making it impossible to type sometimes. Im taking it in for service, but not until next week. Hopefully this should covered in the warranty i got with it.

Fit an external keyboard in the meantime, either through your PS/2 port, or via USB port.

It's a hell of a lot easier using an external keyboard and external mouse than using laptop keyboards and laptop mouse devices. This is assuming that you mostly use your laptop from a static bench position, of course. Bazza
