error 619 help!!

    when i try to connect to the internet i get error 619. my username,password,and modem allwork i tested them on another system. i read in one of microsoft's articles that i need to go to active ysers and computers and add rras to server, but do not know how to get there plz help. my os is xp pro. sp2
