'My Bluetooth Places' is not there

    Hi,

    I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with a bluetooth card installed inside it. So I wanted to test out the bluetooth and connect it to my razr v3c. I looked up some guides, and came across directions that told me to go to "My Bluetooth Places" in My Computer. However, I don't have that option there. I don't see any bluetooth icon in My computer. If anyone can tell me why this is happening and how to get it there, I'd appreciate it.
