cousin butchered my hard drive w/norton disk doctor

    :mad: my cousin ran norton disk doctor on my systemm while i was away and did not make an undo disk now my storage drive is not accessable the bloody program changed my file system from ntfs to raw help i need to retrieve the data stored on that drive help:(

    Suspect your Master Boot Record is stuffed. You may have a bit of work to do to recover your data. First have a look at this program: http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk. You will probably then have to use your WinXp disk to get into repair console and ran the fixmbr and fixboot. Then hopefully you'll have access to your data again.
