Comand and Conquer : Renegade

I recently installed CC: Renegade but when i try to run it, the start up screen comes up but the game doesnt load up, anyone have any suggestions to the problem and a possible solution?

sounds kinda obvious but are you sure you're using the right cd? i used to get them mixed up when i played it.....i think its the data disk u use
