Stereo to the PC

    I usually feed streaming audio from my PC to my stereo. I would like to reverse this and feed the stereo signal to my PC. My stereo has pre-amp out jacks. Can I use these to connect to the PC or will my soundcard get damaged? XP w/ integrated sound.
