Default Power usage in new pc question

Hey, I am going to buy a new pc, with the following specs and was wondering if a 450W power supply is sufficient.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+
Nvidia GeForce 256MB 7900 GT
1 GB corsair value select DDR RAM
NEO-4F nForce4 motherboard
4 case fans
200 GB SATA-II 7200 rpm hd
LG dvd+-r/rw / cd+-r/rw drive dual layer
onboard network card
PCI wireless 802.11g 54mbps wireless card

thats about all the hardware components, aside from a mouse and keyboard that will be in my mobo... I looked up the drainage for the cpu and gpu to be 224 and
120, respectively, at max activity. I wasnt really sure about the rest, as I have never had to deal with a high power usage system before. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Baselerd1

You should be OK, but you can check using this nifty calculator to make sure:

Remember not to skimp on quality as far as PSUs go. It's a very important component, and getting a cheap cr@ppy one could have dire consequences if it can't handle what you throw at it.

Nice specs.: Here's a second opinion, if you need one. Hope they agree. :D
