Remote access away from home

    I was wondering if there is a program or how could I access my home pc with my laptop when I am away from the house. I do not have a static ip <router> is there a freeware program or anything that will work basically like the Windows Remote Access, but not one has to be on the other side to accept the invite?

    any info would be EXTREMELY helpful
