*Grumble* Stuck Pixels Suck.

    Turned on my machine today to get in last minute studying for my caclulus final, to find a stuck pixel!

    If I rub it, it goes away. Until I stop rubbing.

    always wondered if these flashing colour thingys work in trying to re-ignite a dead RGB pixel.....

    have read that these flashing/psychadelic gizmos have fixed PSPs and their dead pixels before with fairly good success rate, so this one for the PC may help.. unless its your MAC.

    I tried it. Didn't help.

    It comes and go, leading me to believe its a weak pixel thats dying.

    Pffft. :p :p

    You guys can't help me though! ;)

    Its a Viewsonic Va2012wb 20in WS LCD.

    Its also my last Viewsonic.

    Their quality has gone to crap!

    This is my third one. The first one had 3 stuck pixels, so I returned it. THe second one, the DVI interface fried within a month. Now this one has a weak/stuck pixel.

    lol I cant even see my dead pixels and I must have about 10 ,stop staring at it and it will go away:)

    Its green, its in the middle of the screen. If my, say, game, was at the corner of the screen, I probably wouldn't notice it!
