Listening to a CD through the audio out Jack on CDROM Drive

    I know this may sound stupid but I'm wanting to listen to a CD through the audio out jack on my cdrom drive. It has been so long since I have done something like this that I have forgotten how. What settings to I need to change to listen to the CD throught the CDROM Drive??

    You do not need to make any changes. Just plug in your headphones and crank up the volume with the vol. knob on the front of the drive.

    Then it is just there for show, and your CD outputs only in digital.
