can this be right?

Ok according to cpu-z my D 940's voltage is @ 2.688! I dont know why. can someone tell me if the rest of these numbers normal stock numbers:
Core speed: 3211.4
FSB: 200.7
Bus speed: 802.9

But this voltage has to be wrong! I didn't oc my pc but i brought it to the shop to get a new heatsink/fan and brought it home and checked it out and
???
does anyone think it might be oc'd 5%? i really have no need for that being im a quadripalegic and just do video stuff.
if i need to reset my bios, i really dont know how, i know im rambling but PLEASE HELP!
