My vx922 refresh rate

    Hello i received my lovely VX922 today! wasnt i in for a shock ive never seen anything like this hehe!

    Anyways im just wondering ive got my monitor at 1280*1024 resolution but it only had 60hz as the refresh rate. when i unticked the "hide modes this monitor cannot display" It showed me 75hz so ive clicked that and am now running in 1280*1024 res at 75hz.

    I'm just wondering if this is safe and its not going to ruin my VX922?

    Its a DVI connection into the back of my XFX 7800GTX

    If its not a supported refresh rate, don't do it. You will kill the LCD dead.

    k gone back to 60hz i just fort this monitor would support that!

    60hz is fine for LCD.
