Looking for help!!!
I'm Betsy and I'm wired-out (of my comp. that is)!
Okay trying to figure this thing out. We've used Major Geeks everytime we've had a problem. Guess what, another problem. How do I get help before Dell recommends I reinstall my operating system? Do I need to go to the specific topic area to post a new thread?

Yes, try and describe it in a bit more detail as well. Not sure what wired-out menas, for example
 I would try hardware or software forum and I will look for you in there

Yep it's that easy Betsy.
If you have an issue with software post in there. If it is hardware post in there. If you are not sure post it somewhere, it will get sorted.
