Default c-media high definition audio driver won't uninstall

any suggestions. tried safe mode. but doesnt work.

Is that the onboard sound? If so go to the BIOS & diasable the sound. Now try to remove the driver.

tried that. but stil wont work. i went into the system 32 file and deleted all its files and the registry got rid of all entries so i think its gone. but i dont know how to get rid of it from add remove programs.
