the lcd on my t23 regularly gives a little flicker and then the backlight goes out. I can usually get it back on my moving the lcd back and forward a few times, sometimes more than a few. keyboard action seems to have some slight effect on the problem, postponing the blackout by a slight moment. When the light is on, it is 100% fine. When the bulb is out, the lcd is definitely working, can see it very dimly, but no light. It can work fine for hours or start blinking out ever few minutes 3 or 4 times in a row. External monitor works absolutely fine. Help!

Welcome to MG. It is obviously a loose connection somewhere. I assume a t23 is a laptop. What brand? Have you tried the manufacturer's site. There may be a FAQ (Frequently asked questions) contact that you can read to see if anyone else has had the same problem. If not, there is probably a "contact us" link, where you can ask them for advice. Another idea is to google for "t23" and "backlight"or something similar.
