Default Received a popup "make about.blank your homepage" I clicked no...

Then I ran every anti virus, anti spy, anti anything program I have and restarted after making sure system restore was turned off. Should I do anything else or is this just a onetime pop up. This hijacker messed with my computer a year ago and I got it back to normal could this just be a left over glitch? Should I run Hijack this and post (attach) log?

Setting your start page to about:blank is also something that users do in order to speed up browser load time. But if you did not try to do this, perhaps you should work thru the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support sticky procedure.

HijackThis is the last step we use and we require the logs from the online scanners in step 6 to be attached before using HijackThis.
