Sometimes the real time protection used by programs like Windows Defender getting interfere with malware cleaning procedures. So if you have been sent to this link, follow the below steps to temporarily disable Windows Defender's Real Time Protection. Please leave it disabled during the cleaning process.
    • Open Windows Defender
    • Click Tools
    • Click General Settings
    • Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
    • Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
    • After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
    • Close Windows Defender
Once your system has been deemed free from malware, you can re-enable Windows Defender's Real Time Protection.
