I hope you can help. A few days ago, I was suddenly unable to attach a file to my email message. The file type did not matter and none was larger than the limit of 2.0 MB.
I'm running Windows XP with SP2. It has never been a problem before. I read and followed the instructions in "READ ME Before Asking for Support". I will try to attach the Hijack This log below. Please let me know what other logs you need. Thank you! Last edited by DavidGP; 06-26-06 at 13:55.. Reason: attached log and merged threads |

Sorry about the previous post. I attached the HJT log directly in the message because I can't attach files. Please let me know how to proceed.

As you have read the guide the logs from the online virus scans are missing, or did they come back negative?
Did you get any error messages when the files would not attach, if so what were they? Which email software are you using?
