Question - how would one loose their administrator rights when they're not using FUS to begin with?
I restart and get a screen that says welcome, and owner. I click owner and it 'loads personal settings and then says 'owner logging off' - then gives that beginning screen all over again. What should I do next?

I've tried 'Last know good config' and that produced the same result as I've got now. I rebooted in safe mode and now have an Admin & Owner listed, but it's doing the same thing.
I'm not connected to the internet at the moment with that pc either.
