Default ATI all in wonder doesn't autoscan

Anyone have this problem? I have an ATI All in Wonder X1300. For some reason when I set it up, it only autoscans channels 1-45, then stops. I have to go and manually add channels 46 through 120. Furthermore, Channels 2 through 7 don't get discovered, but they were clearly there on my last All in Wonder card.

Shot in the dark, but did you go to menu and setup the source? as in antenna, cable, etc.?
