    I have what I consider a stalker in the this person claims to know everytime I am online supposedy. I do have a wireless network where as my son may be online when I am not. What I want to know is if this person has some type of program that sees thru and stealth settings I may set is there some sort of blocking software that I can install to prevent this from happening in the future...

    Where is the proof? Just because someone says they can do this does not mean they can or they are.

    Do you log in places (like forums or MySpace, or Instant Messengers) where they can see when you are logged in. This is obviously one easy way to know when someone is online but it only reveals when you are online and connected to those places.

    Are you saying you have your Wireless network encrypted (which you should have) and are worried that they have cracked it? If so, I doubt it very much.

    Is this person an immediate (nearby) neighbor?
