I've been meaning to come on here and get help for my computer, but it seems everytime I do the online scans (BitDefender & the Panda one) I get booted. And I've tried doing these scans multiple times, but everytime I end up getting booted. Therefore, I give up.

Anyways, nothing came back on the AVG scan. I used CCleaner and I defragged my computer.

My problems are freezing, getting booted, downloads timing out. Also, yesterday I got a notification that the 1394 can't connect. Another problem I've been having (and its getting worse) is my speakers are muffled, skip, and etc. I downloaded the driver for it and tried fixing it. Its not he speakers themselves because I can put in headphones and it does the same thing.

&& I can't do the SpyBot Search & Destroy scan, because my mom wont let me. Everytime we download it onto this computer we have even more problems.

None of the problems you are mentioning sounded like malware to me, and the minimal amount of logs you attach also agree with my assumption. You should continue to work you problems in the appropriate other tech forums like Hardware for hardware type issues.

Note: You are way out of date with the versions of ShowNew and GetRunKey you are using. In the future, please refer to the current online copy of the READ ME and make sure you are using the correct versions for ALL software. Your versions of Sun Java and FireFox are also out of date and should be updated. Be sure to uninstall the old version of Sun Java.

Also note, you did not uninstall Viewpoint Media Player in step 0 as requested.

Well, I have been unable to update Firefox & etc because my downloads keep timing out. And I've given up uninstalling Viewpoint because the second I open AOL up it reinstalls it and I have to keep hitting cancel, and then my computer freezes up. Anyways, thanks for your help. I'll go over to Hardware now.
