Cannot create shortcuts on WinXP

Hello again, i've got a new problem. Any program i install cant create a shortcut on the desktop. I wasnt really affected by this until i tried installing Hamachi. If Hamachi cant install its damn shortcut, it removes itself :\

I got a hijackthis.log

I've already tried creating a new account, logging on my "administrator" account. Also, when i try to change the permissions in security, explorer hangs.
Any help will be appreciated, ty.

You have some problems in your HJT log. Your inline log will be removed, because we don't accept inline logs, but I would like to ask you to follow the tutorial below called Read and Run Me First and post the requested logs so we can track down all the files. I read your hardware thread and it looks like you are making progress!

Well, i just reinstalled my WinXP, and now it worx like a charm. Thanks for replying tho, ill know where to find you when i need more help XD
