which virus is this??

Everything seems to be ok and working, but when i open My Computer & then right click on Local Disk C i get two lines of encryption where i should be able to open it. Not sure if this has anything to do with it but my file system name has changed itself. I have 19.3 GB of 37.2 GB of space left. I hope this is enough info for some wise soul help me!

Before you go through a lot of work to look for malware, please ask about these two things in the software forum. It's not clear what has changed on your computer, if your file system name has changed or your file system. Can you get to your C drive via Windows Explorer? Be sure to tell them what operating system you're using, which file system is on your computer, what it says now, and at what point in this process you get the encryption. Do you only have two items on your menu when you right click on your C drive and both of these are encrypted? Did the other pieces of the menu disappear or are they still there.
