Please explain what malware problems you are having.
Why did you run the READ ME to begin with?
And what problems are you currently having?

Since CounterSpy did not run for you, uninstall it now. Also uninstall Viewpoint Media Player as requested in step 0 of the READ ME

 

This is not normally due to malware. It is more frequently a file system problem or a registry corruption issue.

This is not an issue for the malware forum.

Sorry I was working on 4 threads at the same time and probably crossed you up with another thread. You can uninstall it anyway since we are finished with it and it is only a trial.

You don't have any malware issues but I have a question and a couple things for you to do.

Are the below batch files things you created and use?

[B]Uninstall the below old versions of software:[/B]
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6
 
Make sure you reboot after uninstalling the above!
 
After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: [URL="http://www.majorgeeks.com/Sun_Java_Runtime_Environment_d4648.html"][B][COLOR=blue]Sun Java Runtime Environment[/COLOR][/B][/URL]
 
 
Run HijackThis (select [b]Do a system scan only[/b])  and select the following lines but [B][COLOR=darkred]DO NOT CLICK FIX[/COLOR] [/B]until you [B]exit all browser sessions[/B] including the one you are reading in right now:
