onlookup failed

This annoying Pop up started appearing about 5 minutes ago while i was here Every new page that appears even here is producing this Pop Up :mad
As soon as I press Send here, up it pops. Every time i send a message in the Shoutbox, up it pops

A box with a yellow triangle and Alert?

The message says OnLookup Failed 55 1

Have to click OK and close by clicking red X at top right corner.

Running WinXP and have recently installed IE7 today. I am in FF when this occurs? Any ideas what this is ?

Furthermore, I also installed McAfee Site Advisor from here http://majorgeeks.com/McAfee_SiteAdvisor_d5088.html

Could this be the source?

Update or reinstall SiteAdvisor and see what happens. Note questions like this really belong in the Software Forum sinnce it is really not a malware problem. Perhaps you did not realize that it was not malware but you did know that it occurred only have installing McAfee's SiteAdvisor which is the problem.

I have uninstalled McAfee Site Advisor and am looking around for an alternative.

You should have just tried getting an update for SiteAdvisor first. I have heard that it could help.
