Can't get rid of popup, "SecurePCCleaner"

Hi,

Have followed all your instructions as best I could.

Wasn't able to run CounterSpy as I didn't have administrator privledges on this machine.

Then ran AVG Antispyware in stead but I found no place to save a log. If I missed that I probably blew it, right? I allowed the program to take whatever corrective actions (deletions) it wanted to.

Having said that, I've attatched the remainder of the logs. If I can't upload all the logs I will do so in a subsequent posting.

PS And I seem to be really screwing up this upload process as in reviewing this "preview" of my post I don't see a confirmation of the logs I've attached.
