Have been mucking with this all day:cry

My old Kodak CX7300 no probs at all:cool

I have not long ago noticed that the JPEGs from the camera are FAT so thats why I cant view them is my guess..

    Hi

XP should not have any issues with reading FAT formatted mediacards, do you get any errors when you attempt to copy or move the pictures from the camera, if so what?

Try turning your AntiVirus software off and them attempt to move the images, sounds weird but I remember this with early Samsung and a few other cameras that used internal memory to store the images over memory cards.

Do you have the Samsung software installed?

    Thanks 4 the reply;)

Yes I get the error Parameter is incorrect ( will check to make sure ).

I will try turning off the Antivirus and the Samsung software is from their CD and have been to their site 4 any updated drivers..

and something I forgot to mention my printer has a USB port at the front 4 PIC Bridge and the camera supports this also but the printer does nothing, I don't want to use this feature but used it 4 a test...

Hey Halo, I have Instant success with your "Try turning your AntiVirus software off" (sounds weird but I remember this with early Samsung and a few other cameras).

Now works just the same as before the way my other camera downloads the pics:major:celebrate:clap:cool

    Thanks mate:D

You should be able to find a custom setting in you AV or firewall to let the camera pics through.
