Funny. Personally, I've never been into titles. I'm gonna have to cut back on posts dramatically to delay any type of rank upgrading here I think.

thanks for asking i am now able to walk (with the aid of crutches) not very far but i am upright and that feels fantastic you get a new perspective of the world from up here.

i have one more op (not sure when) to have my right hip replaced and then there will be no stopping me.

Reckon it won't be long before you can join me at the gym Okay...so I'm being too impetuous. But it won't be too long.

[O.T.]As a side note. I've been on crutches since Monday night, too. Nowhere near as bad as your injuries, but managed to split my little toe open, kicking a book case, <yup, in other words, I was stoopid!>. Would had have been bad enough, but then I dropped something on the toe again on Tuesday. And of course, I had no shoes on that foot, because it was already sore rolleyes. Ah well, so I'm now sporting four stiches in that toe . Finally stopped bleeding yesterday - yippee!. :clap[/O.T.]

A big THANK YOU my dear friends i have reached another milestone in life it has not been without it's moments i have said some things in the heat of the post (moment) and have made some dumb remarks but never with the intention of offending any one of you.

thanks for your good words over my recovery it's been so long since i was upright and a lot of help has been talking to you guy n gals here.
