Help..Computer Infected with Spyware and Viruses

My computer is infected with several types of spyware and at least one or two viruses. I have tried running several programs such as AVG Antispyware, Ad-watch, and spybot. AVG said that my computer has the Vundo trojan and rootkit.agent.eq. I have tried to use the VundoFix..but after I use the program to remove the virus, AVG detects it again. I tried to download a free firewall from zonelabs and anti-malware program from sunbelt software, but when I try to install the programs, I receive an error message saying the system does not have permission from the administrator. I changed the value in the registry from 1 to 0, but that didn't fix the problem. When i turn on my computer, it takes forever to start up..and when I try to run any programs, they are very slow to load. If I'm able to run internet, I get so many pop-ups that it basically causes my computer to freeze. I can run my computer in safe-mode and access the internet, but I can't seem to resolve any of the issues on my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• CounterSpy Log - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
• AVG Antispyware Log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
• Bitdefender Log - from step 6
• Panda Scan Log - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis Log

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

 

I have finally had the chance to complete all the steps in the malware removal guide. My computer seems to be running much better, but I want to make sure that everything is ok. There were viruses found and quarantined. I want to make sure that all viruses and malware are removed. I have attached all the required logs. Thanks for all your help!
