new here need help

    Hello all,
    I hjave done all the items in the start here thread yet the pop us keep happening and the system is very slow, please help

    do I still have a problem?

    I have done everything in the read me and clean up thread. still slow and have pop ups. how do I fix this

    Sorry but no you have not. If you did, you would not be posting a HijackThis log. Especially one that is not installed properly and not renamed and you posted it inline which is not allowed. Attaching logs is explained in the READ ME. Note: We don't even ask for a HijackThis log.

    Please follow the steps in the READ ME and ATTACH the requested logs.


    Step 3 of the Windows XP Cleaning procedure clearly states the below:
    These are the same 3 logs that you need to attach.
