Looking for a Programmable Keypad /w built in mouse nub.

    Hey everyone, i'm looking for a right-handed programmable keypad similar to the Belkin Nostromo SpeedPad n52, but with one of those little mouse nubs they sometimes put on laptop keyboards on it (or the whole thing could be a mouse too!) Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    Something similar to one of those nubs is also perfectly acceptable. Even a trackball with programmable keys on it would work.
