Flat Tim had a really busy Christmas vacation. Here are a few photos of what he got up to.....( haha...I did warn you in the postcard that this was coming!)

First, Flat Tim flew out of Boston, USA to London, UK

After his long trip, Flat Tim rested to get over his jet lag ...

After a long sleep, Flat Tim went to Starbucks seeking that UK version of a caffeine hit!

Revived by the caffeine, Flat Tim visited the local Cathedral to seek spiritual enlightenment!

He was found at one point running down the hallway of the Cloisters where the Harry Potter movies were filmed

The next time we caught up with Flat Tim he had taken up a new hobby, Geocaching. (If you don't know what that is then visit my blog). Flat Tim successfully found 2 caches and retrieved 2 Travel Bugs.

No, that was Gloucester Cathedral. Not quite as old as the original Coventry Cathedral, but far older than the "new Coventry Cathedral".

<sigh!> I see Flat Tim has made the notion of "fitting into a suitcase" a reality, when it comes to tagging along with someone on a holiday. I am sooooo jealous!

Cool pics and sounds/looks like a cool holiday too...in more ways than one!;)

Come to think of it - gave Flat Timmy a bottle of Scotch to take back to you, when he last visited my pad, down-under. Guess he got thirsty on the way home again. Never trust a guy that can slide under a door.;)

Glad you had a great time Lev. I am a bit disappointed though, went to your blog in order to read up on the geocaching adventures of Flat Tim and nothing but a link to the Geocache site was there (which I already have). Hopefully we will be able to read up on that adventure in your blog in the near future.

    Yours,
    Jack

BTW - I'm UFPShadowchaser on the Geocaching site. Only have a couple of geocaching adventures down yet, hope to do more soon.

Yes, I saw that site as well. Rest assured when I invite Flat Tim along for a trip I'll be certain to give a detailed description of our wondrous adventures for all to enjoy. I'm also sure that the invite will be forthcoming as soon as I am able to come to a conclusion with Flat Tim as to what destinations he may be interested in. Who knows, maybe he'll find some Flat Filly (not the equestrian type either) to entertain him as well! Only time will tell but do keep an eye out, I'll post here when Flat Tim and I have any continuing adventures to add to the historical archives.

I sent them via the submitpics email addy on the flattim site - don't know if Jim handles that? Otherwise he is welcome to grab them from here or I can link him to them on photobucket.

@Wraith - yeah just the geocache site is on my blog at the moment. I do plan on blogging the travels though - just not got around to it due to jetlag, crazy work schedule and a stinking cold. And guess what....I'm 'Lev' on the Geocaching site ;)

Which garmin are you using? You've probably told me before, but I forgot :( My son was so in to it that his step-dad gave him ten quid to start saving for his own GPS. He is so excited about that!
