Hi i took MajorGeek's advice on the Basic Cleaning thread found here:

    http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=106650

I downloaded DiskKeeper lite to defrag my slow PC ( win98) . I installed it.
Rebooted in safemode and ran the defragger...it stalled half way through.
so i rebooted and...now the whole toolbar...start menu button and all...is at
the TOP of the screen.:confused I've never had a glitch like this before it's very weird.
Oddly enough everything works fine still.

How did this happen? I don't know why (or if) a program Majorgeeks has approved of would cause this.

The only other recent activity was that i had just installed and ran AVG and found one virus: (C:/!Submit\sb.dll) but i had not had a virus check in years so i assumed that had been there for years.

Just click and hold down the button of your mouse on the toolbar and drag the toolbar down to the bottom of the window. Let go of mouse button. You can do this to put the toolbar to either side of the screen too.

This has nothing to do with the apps you got from MajorGeeks.com. This is a feature of your OS.

Had to pass this same advice onto a friend just recently.
Somehow they had managed to shift it to the right hand side of their screen.
