UGH! core.cache.dsk

Hey guys I have been infected with the core.cache.dsk "virus?"

It's generating random popups, even if I'm not surfing... I'm sure you all know how it works, so I'll spare you the explanation...

I've successfully located the core.cache.dsk on my machine... BUT, not the files that go along with it... So, I'm at a complete loss here...

Attached is my HJT log... I shut down My AVG, and Spyware tools before I ran the scan... I really hope I'm not messing up by attaching it... I'm not sure I read the instructions correctly...

Any way, any help would be much appreciated... I'm a DJ, and stream music almost 24/7, and this is very distracting, as well as troublesome when trying to work...
