anyone wanna buy my house

i just put my house on the market last week and it's already sold (yippee) we are going to buy an apartment so i don't have to climb stairs (it's really painful)

Nice place, Bill, and 250.00 Euros is not a bad price for that size and locale. You'll no doubt find life a lot easier without having to climb stairs every day.

we were really lucky the house is in a very sought after neighborhood and my wife was very houseproud.

we have about 3 months to find the apartment under Belgian rules you pay 10% when you agree to purchase and the rest when we hand over the keys.

 

what our intention is to get a new apartment within 5 or 6 miles from Brugge there are plenty being built here so we can have look around.

thanks Darlene we think its the best move for more reasons than one,it will also stop the courts from getting their hands on it,for once i am glad that the judicial system moves at a snail pace here because everything will go in my wifes name (it's a good job i trust her) they made a mistake in not putting a charge on the house during the proceedings.
