How can i find out what is running?
I get this message when trying to install Norton security.

Another installer is currently running. Please wait for it to complete, and try again.

If you click more than once to start the installer, you will get that message. Be patient, if it doesn't seem to be starting. Some take a short while.
Right click an empty spot on your taskbar and start Task Manager. If you click the processes tab, you will see all the running processes. You can click the CPU tab to bring the ones taking the most CPU resources to the top of the list. The installer should be one of those.

CPU is the central processsing unit aka the chip on your motherboard. The only way that an change is if you take it out and replace it with a different chip.

What I meant was the listed articles on the left side of my page. Each different program changes it's % constantly. it never stays the same. So the useage of each program changes not the chip itself.
